Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Change in customer name and address

My EB service number is [protected]. For the past 20 + years, my name and address has been mentioned correctly in the tneb customer details and bill payment website. Last week I find the customer name and address has been changed, without my knowledge for the above service number. When I raised a complaint in tneb account website, no action has been taken. Instead, the case was closed as " completed" . I am unable to understand why tneb changed my name and address without any request from my side. The customer name and address is now reflecting wrongly replacing my original name and address. Please do the necessary correction asap.

Updated by Uday57 I have not requested for any name and address transfer for the service[protected]. The consumer no [protected] pertains to my flat meter which is located in Jains Aashiana, No 1, Vembuliamman Koil Street, Chennai 600092. TNEB only changed the name and address. There is something wrong. Please check once again. I want to emphasis that the meter and EB connection for the said service is same in my name Udayachandran R and was never changed. I haven't made any name transfer request. See attached property tax copy of my property supporting my name and address. Please correct in your records- Udayachandran R
