My tenant has vacated the house and not disclosing the online payment details o[censored]sername and password to change. I had registered a claim almost one month back and keep registering every fortnight but no reply from your office.
My consumer number is[protected]. Kindly advise the correct procedure for re-registering username and password to effect online payment.
