Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — complaining about irresponsible eb officer, and our house have no current due to low voltage of electricity

We are living in Coimbatore, Our house have no current due to low voltage, every time EB officer will come, put the line and get Rs. 50 every time, , , how many time we will give 50, and 50, they didn't tell any solution. If one night current no means how should we carried out our routine works, We are in line house, , 4 house is there! Only our line have this problem, please give any solution for this problem,
