Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Complaint call not answered

Dear sir /madam,
I am residing in nagoorar thottam, Balakrishnan street, new washermenpet
Chennai
*My issue with the electricity customer care is, not that they are resolving the issue,
*but is there nobody to even answer the call, they are showing as if they are busy always, why is it so? Are they not patient enough to answer us?,
* we are paying our taxes isn't it, if there is an issue we have the right to speak to the concerned person at least!! I consider this as a DISRESPECT to all my area residents. *Of course we accept late recovery that's OK but, by hearing us what's wrong in that, how we will know that they are taking steps to it?
*so I request whomsoever reads this, kindly take actions on this,
