Hi with reference to the consumer number [protected], please note due to Pandemic, the staff was unable to take the reading which was due during this week, whereas I have received the bill thru the app for an amount of INR 7654. I don't have an AC at my home, no iron box usage, no grinder in use and no other heavy usage, also note it's a single phase service only. Kindly check and advis how to proceed further.
