My Consumer number[protected]. I would like to inform you that my electricity meter is not working .I am writing to you because I would like to request to change my electric meter. (Describe in your words). There has been no meter reading and you are sending average bills.(high value).I need a clarification for my current reading, Without showing meter value I'm not ready to pay the manually calculated bill amount.

Regarding this issue i raised a complaint to below address on[protected], but still no action was taken..

Under the circumstances, I request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be a correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared thereof. (Explain all about the situation).
