Last month, I have paid a whole sum of 12800k as the current bill fo the consumer number[protected] in the tneb office.
1. I request for you to take an enquiry for this amount. Though I have not paid for 1 year, the only reason being, the consumer number was not active for payment in online. The tenant only has only 1 induction stove and there is no other items that can cause this amount.
2. The consumer number is still inactive for online payment even after paying the bill. They said it should active in 24 hrs. But it's already been 3 weeks.
