Dear sir, madam

We have power cut in unwanted mistake of loose connection in wire during hoki puyal time. We have complained that. They have made the wire temporary and gave the connection. Until now they not given proper connection. There was continuous shortage in our home. We have complained but not coming and the eb wireman in vallankumaravilai service is not making proper distribution in line and i told to them many time still the same problem of line with loose connection is followed the line with power cut. And also continuous vshock in our home while using home essential. We often persist without any knowledge by simple means of loose contact they are being irresponsible to answer me in power cuts for following this two month there in we can't use current in these two month because of this current failure. There also small children in our home. It is a life therentening problem. Thiis wireman vallankumaravilai not making a proper distribution of line in my connection so do a needed... Sir you pls take a proper step. And make solution for this problem.
