Hi, This is regarding the complaint against Sevapet EB service. Today i have called and shared the current usage o[censored]nit consumption to jagadeesh working on EB office, as advised by him have shared the unit details to below numbers [protected] - sevapetEB office number (attend person name - Jagadeesh) [protected] - JE contact number. But after multiple follow-up still the details are not updated and now the peoples are avoiding to take calls. Since the lockdown situations i am unable to go EB office. As per government update, i have been followed. Please share the details for further escalation details to move this. This is happening every time taking reading by their or own as per them. I have raised the concern to " http://cmcell.tn.gov.in " about the Electricity department which is happening every time.
