Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Cutting down of tree

Had a lovely neem tree of 8 yrs in my street at chennai, amabattur zone n it wasn't even touching the eb lines n yet stil as part of the maintenance process, the eb personnel cut down the tree from the base than pruning it.the entire street, protested n he got away with it.he further added, i will do wat i like, u guys can't stop me. Do bring any vip, nobody can do anything. The arrogance n attitude of these ppl r midnight blowing.i request tneb to take strict action against such public servants.
