Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — cutting trees

Tneb line man cutted tress infront of my home which is not touch the electricity line but he didn't cut coconut trees in same street which is still touching the line 10th march 2019.

Without intimation how you people cut the trees? Why u didn't cut the tree which is still touching the tree??

I have attached images of trees which cutted in my street.
