Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Delay in Replacement of Burnt EB Meter- regarding

During flood in chennai, EB meter in my home was burnt and wires connected with meter also damaged and no power supply available in my house. During meter reading this was noticed by EB person and as per his advice we reported orally and written report also submitted to EB office, Kundrather, Chennai-600069. An amount of Rs. 855/- was paid on 30/12/2023 to EB office. Lineman from EB office also visited my house and confirmed the damage of meter. . It was informed by EB officials, Kundrathur that, my compliant was registered and meter will be replaced within a month.
But till today meter is not replaced and no action was taken by EB officials I visited personally many times to Kundrathur EB office and no proper reply was given by the officials. So I request you to take immediate action to replace the meter immediately.
