Display on the meter is not working gave he complaint online and got the complaint # also. Since there was not reply had called 1912 as per the registered complaint (Which was given) and to my shock i have been told that only eb complaint reg power supply etc., will be attended. Not display issues. Then why should you have online complaint system? Why are we receiving the complaint #? Why should you call it 24/7 consumer help centre? Which of these are applicable? The person who came to write the reading had already written no display and we have given the complaint and till date no response? If you know to put the new meters i think you should also have equal responsbility to resolve it when needed. Why should the customer pay the bill amount whcih was recorded last time? In what way is it right? This is a complaint for the electricity office-on razack garden, arumbakkam, chennai. Can officials look into it to resolve it? Was this information helpful? | |||||
