I'm residing in kovilambakkam, chennai 117, i have been paying bill as domestic bi-monthly consumer.in august month of 2018, they didn;t take readings here we asked them about that, they said we will calculate for next month and it will not affect you like that., likewise he adjust the bill to next month, so we paid rs.3364 and payment is over. But now again this month billing also exactly rs.3364, how it is possible?, we asked in office, they are not responding properly simply saying previous month adjustments. But the problem is first of all he should take readings in correct month or else he should divide it equally so that it could sense correct average. He divide the bill which is favouring for him. Our total units from june to december is 1490 units. He divide it into (740, 740, 10) instead of taking average, if divide like this means as you know i[censored]nits are more than 500 the charges will be doubled. So they used like this. We checked our meter reading and also their authority came, checked and noted readings for past two months as mentioned in reading book i attached, but the corresponding officials of tneb striked it and changing infront o[censored]s (See in picture). Request you to please take necessary action as they are charging this month also double.
