Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Eb bill generated on 31052021 is generated under the same bill amount for 2019

My eb bill is taken for the year 2019 .. We're I have paid 8842 and the same bill is generated.. I have already made the payment. Hence I require a refund as this is ridiculous

The last meter reading march 31 2021 was 17400 and reading taken for may 31 2021 is 18528.hence the unit was consumed is 1138 and after minus the 100 free units it would be 1028.hence I have paise excess which is 8842.Hence I would require the next billing to be adjusted accordingly..
