Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — EB box kept in front of gate

Pls note, in our residence, EB box kept in front of the gate though there is space. we have given a letter to shift regarding this to local Chennai Kolathur office, no action taken yet, now we are struggling to park the car in the premises.
