I'm having Three phase meter in my house for the last 13 years. During recent meter reading assistant of tneb told me the meter has gone defective and to be replaced or repaired. Hence I have been billed max of this year readings.
I request you kindly replace the meter or repair the meter, so that I will be charged as per actual use. I am ready to pay the charges, if any along with my bill on line as I am a senior citizen.
I request you to treat this as most urgent.
