Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Electricity is not working and not responding and irresponsible

My house electricity is not working so I registered a complaint through 24/7 help line number from yesterday night onwards but no one is came to resolve the problem and I directly visited eb office and written the complaint again but again they are not responding and no one is came .
