Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Electricity problem power cut and low voltage in Ponmar Chennai

I am residing in Ponmar near cross way springs and electricity provider is Mambakkam office, either there is low voltage or ipower cut straight for 2 days it's worst service in Chennai, i have resided in other areas before and have never seen such a service in electricity, please go through earlier TNEB complaints, it will be mostly only in Ponmar area and Mambakkam EB office. Please help
