Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Excess billing for service number[protected], [protected]

Sir,

This is Arumugasamy from Arupukottai.
We have been billed Rs.2770 and Rs.260 for current month which is due on 22/06/2021.
We were not supposed to get any amount because we are out of town since August 2020 and no one resides there since then.
I'm not able to register complaint in TNEB site as well.
