This is to bring to your notice that we were mandated to pay the eb bill corresponding to the reading of 650 units for the month of aug 2019. On checking the number o[censored]nits dated 19-sep-2019 it shows only 421 units. I have raised a complaint about the same through tneb website. But there is no response till now and we have paid a sum of 4000 rps. Request you to check on how the mismatch has occurred and please action on our repayment process.
