Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — excess billing - wrong meter reading entered - clerical and oversight error of 589

Sir/madam,

With reference to the consumer no [protected] i like to bring to your kind notice that you have entered the wrong meter reading against the consumer no [protected].
Reading taken on 18/05/2020 3010 and reading taken on date 25/07/2020 3071 refer attached video for your reference. But the reading entered in your system 20/07/2020 3660. Last three bimonthly consumption is 40 units and before it was 60 units you may check it. I understand it is a clerical and oversight error of 589 units, please look into it and correct the entirety to avoid further problems relating to it.

I have raced an online complain [protected] in tneb website which was closed without any further verification

Please look into the issue and help to solve
