[Resolved] Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Excess billing / Wrong meter readings | |||
My current reading as of today is 5411(As per meter) and previous billed reading is 5300. but as per current bill it is mentioned as 5870. why should i need to pay bill for wrong amount ? who is liable for this. For your reference i have attached my previous reading Eb card hand writen by TNEB person and attached current meter readings too. My consumer no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved directly went to TNEB office and waited more than 30 minutes for resolution. But still am not clear why am charged for unused units and how they calculated the charges ???
EB persons are so cool and they didnt explain what happened. Pl note all users cannot stand infront of eb office in hot sun for resolution.
In bill it is clearly mentioned charges has been taken from previous consumption. Pl ensure correct values are mentioned before generating each and every bill to avoid confusion between users.
This leads to lose in hope with TNEB. Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Sir June month reading not taken.But 2 months back only i have 710 paid but this month entered 3562 how can it possible.We are not using AC, regular consumption only.Please rectify the reading amount and do the needful and oblige.We need your result within due date Please.My Service number is[protected].
