Our consumer no:[protected] the person taken reading on[protected] at home told me meter box not working so we put average but he put 630units and on 11/07/2019 came for reading and they also told we put the average but they also made mistake. I think you can see our readings and do the necessary steps. As per our reading card from january 2018 08/01/18 360 units 08/03/18 is 330 units 08/05/18 is 520 units 09/11/18 is not written in our card, 12/01/19 is 310 units as per calucation it may be around 300-400 units how it is possible to increase to 630units suddenly when meterbox is not working.
