Though repeated online complaints from last one year, and personally visited TNEB office in Hosur couple of times, the faulty meter is not yet replaced or the bill is not reduced to the average. I have been paying more than Rs. 7000 every alternative month.
The same is already raised to grievance forum, but as of today also I got a bill of Rs 4500 for domestic use of small family. Is there any way, we can raise to consumer forum to change the faulty meter and recover my excess billing amount, I have been paying for last one year. Could not help, otherwise, we have to be in dark, if I am not paying the huge bill, as TNEB is hypocrats are not listening to any cries. Was this information helpful? |
