I am resing in 24/32, damodara moorthy road, kilpauk. my TNEB consumer no is 01/149/028/047.TNEB has changed the electricity meter in april 2015 with new digital meter, since then my consumptions are showing 10 times the usual electricity consumption, When we complained about the faulty meter.The AssistantEngineer told me to pay the amount for the april, may readings and assured us that neceesary action will be taken if over reading continues he will change the meter. the next cycle of reading went up to Rs 14500. I am making repeated requests in writing and making phone calls to change the faulty meter, but no action has been taken so far, My previous paymennts used to be around Rs 1200.only.Because of the over charging I am having mental agony.I want my faulty meter to be replaced, kindly take necessary action Was this information helpful? |
