There is loose connection in ed post to our usage. We call ed and give the complain they come and resolved. After a week the problem is started. I need a complete resolution for this problem. Because there no technical problem in the connection. It just a not proper connection in ed line. Otherwise they made loose the connection while climb the post probably by mistake. I am trying to set online registration for paying eb bill for service number [protected]. however it gives error as Service connection not live!
We have paid all the pending bills few days back. Please could you resolve the error so that i can pay the future bills online as I am staying out of station. Attached the details.

I tried logging into TNEB website and provided my login credentials. However, i am getting the error "bad credentials/ Account not activated? " error.
Please note that I have been logging into the link using the same credentials for several months. I am now suddenly getting this. Please help urgently to resolve.
