Hi,
We are the residents of rangasamy street, thiruvalluvar nagar, pammal, chennai - 600075.
Today,[protected], the first powercut occurred on 2:00 am and was not available till 4:30, until we realize and complaint. Then, they brought the power back and within 15 mins, the power again fails. We need to complaint again to get it recovered around 5:10 and starting from that time, we had around 15 total power cuts till now.
Whenever we call the tneb, they are saying that they have informed the section and if we ask the complaint number, they simply disconnect the call. I have not received any complaint number via phone call. Anyhow, i have managed to put around 5 complaints for the overall 15 power cuts, through the tneb complaint number automated response.
Even, when the power is regained, the actual complaint is not being closed, so that we are not able to register a complaint again, if it fails. Also, now, the power fluctuation started.
Among the 15 powercuts, the power available after recovery for around 13 powercuts remain only 15 mins. Only for the remaining 2, it was more than 2 hours.
If this happens continuously, then we have to lose our hard earned money by repairing the electronic equipments only. Also, if you could track the record of timely payment, we people will surely be among it. Even after we pay our bills at the right time, we are not getting quality power and electricity means, then it will be a shame on tneb.
Also, the tneb website is down for most of the times and specifically on weekends (Even now). If we raise a complaint online through it, we are not getting any response and most of the complaints are kept open for more than 6 months to 1 year without even responding.
