Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — high voltage power supply at my residence-service no.[protected]

Dear sirs,
We have a three phase power supply connection in our residence.In which, we are getting only one phase for the past several months. we complained in th local EB office but our complaint was not resolved.
Furthermore, even the single phase power supply we were getting is not proper now.
We are getting 260 volts without load. due to this high voltage, our appliances are malfunctioning, motor winding got burnt...

henec, we request you to instruct the local EB workmen to attend to our issues and resolve them ASAP
