Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — High Voltage Transformer in front of my Home

Address: Othakalmandapam, Coimbatore - 641032

I have a plot in Otthakalmandapam - 641032. High voltage Transformer installed in front of my home, blocking 16ft East entrance of my home. Can i request the transformer to be moved from my home, thereby providing space for me to enter my home, also preventing high shocks to me and my family. Photos attached.

TNEB never got consent from me before installation. I wasn't in that area. I don't know what to do and then spoke with EB office to remove but nothing worked out. They were demanding Transfer cost for which I denied, as i never accepted first of all to install. Then how will i be able to pay. Hence with all due respect i request EB department to consider this as a sincere request providing a mental piece and safety
