Dear Sir,
With reference to our discussion to day morning, I am sending this email regarding the higher charges for my domestic service. On 02/11/2021 new meter installed after removing defective meter. The reading after new meter installed is 440. But total units consumed recorded is 617 which is high for my usage in this winter season (reference Dec 2019 and Dec 2020). As per current meter reading 440/ 49 days is 8.979 units per day. But 617 - 440 = 177 for 11 days. ie. 177/11 = 16.09 units per day which is almost double the units charged for 11 days. So please consider this and do the needful to pay my bills as early as possible. I am waiting for your decision to pay my bill, which is due by 10th Jan 2022.
