During the covid situation reading not collected by Eb staff. I have collected KV value provided to EB, instead of KW and also I have paid rs:888.I have noticed and informed to EB staff for changing the reading . Strictly EB staff told they are not able to change reading and refund the payment. Kindly do the needful.
