Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — i paid eb bill on last date which mentioned on my eb bill card but they asked me to pay fine as they wrongly noted last date on ebt card

I am living in aparment where 4families living..in our eb card eb man mentioned last date as 20/03/2018.. On that day we went to eb office for paying bill but they put fine and said that our last date was 18/03.. It is their mistake the eb man wrongly noted the last date.. We paid fine because that man in office insulted as in front of everyone and he behaved very rudely... We want our four families fine amount..
