Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — I'm complaining about irresponsiblity of lineman

There are 500 family living in our area . They are asking money after finishing we are paying but they are irresponsible. If the powercut occurs we request them many time after that only they response. We suffering lot due to this responsibility of lineman .
