Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that i, shabbir siamwala, #14 moore street, parrys, chennai-01 consumer number[protected] have some trouble on my metre. Because from last few months my metre reading is not working and unable to take reading, but metre is good therefore, you are requested kindly look into this matter and help me to sort out this problem.
