Actually, last 3~4 years i'm used to paying my and my uncle home eb bills through tneb web portal/app, but since from last two days i was log in to the web as well app i couldn't able to find my registered consumers details, previous bills, history.
Really it was surprised & i don't have any previous payment records
I tried to register complaints through tneb web but that option also not enabled.
Also, i could not able to pay through online last bills
