Respected sir, we regularly paid bills for every bimonth, they provided. But suddenly we received bill amount too high. They said to us that they wont calculated units upto 5 months and it has included and told us to pay immediately.we are using domestic purpose and we have high bills due to high units, they billed without reducing free unit charges. But it happens due to their irresponsibility and their improper duty performed. Its our third time we are complaining and we cannot afford it. Please kindly resolve this issues.
