Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — irresponsibility of line man name: siva (line man in charge of nedugula village)

I'm a resident of nedugula village. For the past 3 days there is no power supply in my house. We called the line man (Name: siva - in charge of nedugula electricity). I've been calling him for the past 3 days and informed about the situation. There is a wire problem in the post that directs electricity to my house. I'm not able to work for the past three days as i'm working from home. And there are women and small kids who are suffering. I request the concerned authority to take severe action against the line man who is very irresponsible and as i called him several times he's not answering my calls. Please take action against this..
