Hi, this is balaraman from balamurugan nagar, alapakkam, porur, which was in the control of tneb porur garden office, yesterday around power supply was stopped at 10.30pm (28/07/19) and today 12.30am (29/07/2019) i have logged an complaint with your 1912 contact no and my complaint ref no is 59 dt:29/07/2019, and also called with some of the number who is working with your organisation [protected], 1st of all he is not responding properly in the same mobile call he is rasing a question against me that, 1. Why you are calling me in this time, 2. What are you doing at the time of power shut down (10.30pm). And suddenly cutter the call, again i have tried slots of time he didn't taking the call. I am really disappointed and got irritated at the time speaking with him. I am paying my hard earned money to you eb for using your services, if i cannot able to get the proper service from your end i have a rights to ask the reason for the power shut down, and you are the answerable, and it's your duty to response to me, that's why your organisation is paying salary to them from our hard earnings. This is seriously undigestable and not acceptable. I am very very disappointed on your people mr. Xxxxx (Cell no:[protected]) at the way of handling me.
