Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, Received a call today from TNEB and an email with correct/updated bill today.(June14, 2022). Thank you so much for following up and resolution in 48 hours. Please note that incorrect bill amount was Rs 26794 and the new bill corrected amount is Rs 0 (Zero).
Not sure, why TNEB was not fixing this huge amount after repeated reminders on 4 days.
Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
