Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Lift not working due to low voltage

I am living in a new flat at Shree nagar colony Saidapet. My mother aged 88 years is with me . We live in 3rd floor. I have to take my mother frequently to hospital for her treatment.Due to low voltage either our lift got stuck midway or it will not function. A RMU has been erected in our flat and I don't know the reason for such a low voltage.Our neighbour Apartments do not face such kind of issues. I request that the low voltage may please be resolved early
