Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Line man and AE issue. Not responding properly

Hi Sir/Madam,

This complaint is regarding the bill that was generated for last two months (Jan and Feb). Average bill of my based of my consumption is not more than 1K. However, I have received a bill of 17K. I have submitted written complaint to Sithalapakkam office. However, AE or Line man from the office are not responding properly. When called there is no response for calls and finally when they answered they are asking me to visit the office again and only then they will visit my location to fix the issue. This is causing me mental pressure due to huge bill. I want the meter to be fixed and correct bill to be generated. Also, I would need refund for the amount I paid.
