[Resolved] Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Loose connection

I'm facing loose connection since many days. The problem is with the electric pole. Sometimes because of the wind the power comes. But since Saturday afternoon there is no power. I request you to kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible. Below are the details.

I am paying my EB bill more then 5 years using this website now it is not working past 10 days. Bad Credentials / Account not activated? I have sent email to display email id. still no reply what a hell they are doing there.

I have clicked more time send email button. No Action happened...
