I made my payment online and it was debited twice. Kindly refund the excess amount available in my A/c. Tried reaching them @ 28520131 for the last 15 days. Ringing. No response. Very poor Customer Service. If we don't pay on time, they come & disconnect the line. If they don't refund it on time, can we disconnect their power supply?
