Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — meter defective - no display | |||
Tangedco service no. [protected] Tneb - meter was not working since march 2019. I have raised online complainton 7th march 2019 at tangedco. Last week 23rd june 2019 two persons came to my place and claiming that meter burnt and i have to pay for the same. The persons dosen't hold any id or when demand for their id they said they don't have. Till date the bill raised as previous month average and been paid accordingly When i talked to the ae concerned, got tyhe reply saying that meter got burnt, so i have to pay for the meter to get it replaced The same has been again raised online complaint at tangedco on 02 nd july 2019. Today 3rd july 2019 @ persons from tneb came to my place and checked meter and insisted to pay for the same for replacement. Complaint id date [protected] 07.03.2019 [protected] 23.06.2019 [protected] 02.07.2019 Meter is tneb property and it is the responsibity of tneb to replace. As per the tneb persons meter is burnt due to overload. For which how come consumer to pay for the meter to get it replace.
