I have raised a complaint about the meter display which is not working for past 6months which was found by the meter assessor only by 18thDec2023, they haven't taken any measures till today. But they have sent the bill amount for the month of Nov-Dec which is Rs.8068/- without assessing from the meter (i.e, not working) how could they raise the bill amount? And for this month we haven't used that much electricity because of the Michung cyclone(No power for 10days) also we haven't used AC and other electronic objects much because of winter. I have raised the complainant directly to the AEO of Manali TNEB for 3times they haven't taken any measures yet. They are sending the average bill for us for more than 6months and we found the increase in bill amount since June month (Rs.8970/-) Aug (Rs.8167/-) Oct(Rs.7958/-) Nov(Rs.8068/-)
Kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible because we are facing this difficultly for past 6 months.
