Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Meter Problem

wrong meter reading Hello sir/madam I am resident 290a Thirumalai Nagar, 1st main road hasthinapuram main road chrompet-600044, near opp zion school, The person who took the meter reading has noted it down wrongly, instead of highly units he has noted only around low units, april month I used to pay the bill on lost month 3500rs online and the amount displayed was 3000 something and i paid it, this may increase the billing amount on may month next time due to slab rate variation rs 6000k, when i contacted local authorities nobody is responding well and they themselves are not sure on whose responsibilities it is and are just turning me around and have made so many calls regarding this and still i didn't get a proper response, please take a note of this complaint and do the needful so that i do not suffer an increased payment on next billing. it would be appreciated if the person who used to note the reading would come again and note the proper reading .
