Hi Sir,
During Mar-22 i have submitted name transfer request, first three months there is no progress, so i have raised complaint using Customer care even lot of followups no progress, Post i took help from Seilayur EB people and name transfer process successfuly completed on Jul-22 end,
From past two Months Hasthinapur EB people enquiring and asking me to close the raised complaint Even they have suggested to call customer care people and request to close the ticket.
When i call Customer care people they have suggested to Hastinapur AE only to be close the ticket and they are not authorized people.
When i check with AE, He is insisting to call customer care and close the ticket (Now both sides no proper solution but Hastinapur EB people are calling and requesting to close the ticket.
I am not sure how to close the current complaint.
From my side during problem no one not resolved the issue but post solving they are chasing and requesting to close the ticket.
Can some one help me how to resolve the problem since it is not my hand.
