Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — no electricity for the past two days

This is to inform that, it’s been two days now that there has been continuous power shut down happening in alandur area. When calling the number ‭[protected]‬, they either keep it busy or not attend, when attending, they will say it will be fixed in an hour. Later we have id entire that there is some problem with the transformer, how long do they take to fix this. Two days?? R they competent enough or aren’t we paying taxes. Can we have an end for sleepless nights.

I paid my bill on 20.5.2018 through tneb portal https://www.tnebnet.org/.

Transaction got failed but money was credited from my bank account
One of our Three Phase Line is not been working since last 12 hours. No response from the Electricity Board Office here in Coimbatore Al-Ameen Colony, Ukkadam Office. When contacted Line Man, Says he is on leave and did not give alternate line mans Number.
