Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — No power for 12 hours and misbehaving by customer care staffs

Since yesterday night 7pm till now no power supply. No one turned after giving repeated complaint. Moreover a lady from customer care attended and spoke badly and was missing to harass calling almost 16 times to my personal number and threatened that no power will come. Am a patient. Can't withstand. Took medicine and not slept and one day work everything gone. Who is responsible
